(More customer reviews)This outfit is one of the worst I have dealt with in many purchases I have made on the web.I bought a "beach shelter cabana" at a price of $129.90. There was no shipping explicitly added, but of course everyone knows the shipping is included in the purchase price. The product arrived, and it 1) did not work (it would not snap into the open position) and 2) was of very poor quality. I contacted Beachmall immediately to return it for a refund. I definitely did not want a replacement. They deduct from the refund $25.98 - a 20% "Processing Fee," plus $19.89 for their cost to ship it to me in the first place! Can you believe they are deducting from the refund their imaginary charge to originally ship it to me? What gall. Add to that AN ADDITIONAL $19.89 to ship it back to them and you get a $65.76 charge to return a $129.90 item!. I strongly suggest having nothing to do with them.
